The caller urgently informed the authorities that someone was trapped beneath the debris caused by the landslide. Promptly, emergency workers were dispatched to the scene and successfully located the trapped person. Unfortunately, the victim, identified only as a 19-year-old male, was found lifeless.
The investigation into this unfortunate event is still ongoing, with the sheriff’s office promising to provide additional information as it becomes available.
