Surveillance footage from the shop identified Zacchaeus Omega Beverly as the suspect.
On November 4th, officers were dispatched to SE Baya Drive in response to a vehicle burglary. The following day, on November 5th, officers responded to SE Dade Street for a report of grand theft. The victim, who knew Zacchaeus Omega Beverly, allowed him into their residence to charge his cell phone.
