HARRIS COUNTY, TX-
On November 6, 2023, Deputies from Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office were called to the 5000 block of Hickorygate Drive in response to a disturbance. Upon arrival, they encountered a man who actively obstructed their investigation. Despite repeated warnings to cease his interference, he persistently disrupted the scene by shouting at the Deputies, diverting their attention from the original disturbance. The individual was swiftly apprehended and identified as Keith Galloway, a 47-year-old male.
Constable Mark Herman stated, “Keith Galloway has been arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on the charge of Interfering with the Duties of a Public Servant. His bond has been set at $100 by County Court 7.”
