Authorities have concluded that the lifeless body of a woman discovered on Creek Road in the Town of Darien, Walworth County, was actually murdered in Milwaukee and then transported to the location where she was eventually found.
According to the latest update from the Walworth County Sheriff’s Office, the victim’s body was found approximately 20 yards away from the road with several gunshot wounds on Thursday, Nov. 2.
Following the discovery, an autopsy was promptly conducted to identify the woman. In an effort to establish her identity, officials from the Sheriff’s Office distributed images of her distinctive tattoos to law enforcement agencies across the state.
