Mourning the Passing of WWII Veteran and RSL Founder, Bill Bruce
Today, we gather to mourn the passing of William (Bill) Bruce, a remarkable individual and a true hero. Bill, a World War II veteran, was not only a brave soldier but also the founder of the Nebo RSL Sub Branch. His contributions to the community and the RSL (Returned and Services League) will forever be remembered.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce Bill’s unfortunate demise over the weekend, on Remembrance Day no less, at the age of 106. He leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire generations to come.
