The arrests were made as part of an ongoing investigation into a body that was discovered in the forest in November 2022. The suspects, identified as Timothy Bryce Shafer, 23, Timothy Leon Shafer, 54, and Anna Maria Teresa Glica, 47, have been taken into custody and are currently being held at the Lane County Jail.

According to jail records, Timothy Bryce Shafer is facing a second-degree murder charge, while Timothy Leon Shafer faces charges of second-degree abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, and hindering prosecution. Anna Maria Teresa Glica is charged with second-degree abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.
Homicide Investigation
The investigation began in November 2022 when the Lane County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report from a hunter who found a deceased individual in the woods near Wacker Point Road northwest of Noti. The victim, identified as Sean Lee Wilkins, 37, was determined to have died as a result of a homicide.
