All of the nine detainees who managed to escape from the detention facility of the Manila Police District (MPD) on November 8, have been successfully apprehended, according to an announcement made by the police on Monday.
The MPD reported that the last remaining escapee, identified as Jefferson Bunso Tumbaga, was captured in Bacoor City, Cavite at 2:15 a.m.
