Police in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have arrested one of the suspects involved in a gang-war stabbing incident. The accused, Wahid alias Vicky, had stabbed his rival 27 times before fleeing to Rajasthan and then Uttar Pradesh. The police are now questioning Vicky about the whereabouts of his other accomplices. Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The City crime branch in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, announced on Sunday that they have apprehended one of the individuals involved in a gang conflict that occurred on the night of November 5 at the Banganga square area. The accused, identified as Wahid alias Vicky, allegedly engaged in a violent altercation with another criminal, Shahid, during which he reportedly stabbed him a total of 27 times with a knife.
According to Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime), Shailendra Singh Chouhan, Vicky was captured in Uttar Pradesh. It was revealed that after committing the crime, Vicky fled to Rajasthan in an attempt to evade the authorities. However, once he learned that the police were actively searching for him in Rajasthan, he quickly relocated to Uttar Pradesh. Chouhan further disclosed that one of Vicky’s acquaintances, who prefers to remain anonymous, tipped off the police about his whereabouts, leading to his arrest.
Currently, Vicky is undergoing interrogation concerning the whereabouts of his accomplices, Shahrukh and Pappu Chatka, who are still evading capture. The authorities are actively pursuing leads to locate and apprehend them as well.
