Police discovered Marshall Tucker, 42, in a Travelodge hotel room in Colonie, New York, after he used counterfeit money to make a purchase in the lobby store. Tucker was found to be in possession of more counterfeit money and heroin, and he provided a fake name to hide a felony warrant. Kimberly Loucks, 40, also gave a fake name to conceal her outstanding warrant. Tucker was charged with possession of a forged instrument and petit larceny, while Loucks was charged with criminal impersonation. In a separate incident, Eric Dunbar, 28, was arrested on multiple charges, including conspiracy and criminal possession of stolen property. Elizabeth Dolder was arrested for cashing fraudulent checks throughout the Capital District. Mary Weaver was charged with grand larceny and falsifying business records. Rebecca Dodge was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant. Thomas Moran, a registered sex offender, was charged with failing to report his change of address. Ian Himes was arrested on a warrant from the Village of Scotia police department. Nickson Jackson was apprehended for an outstanding warrant from the City of Albany. Anthone Deschaine was charged with strangulation obstructing breathing and assault. Richard Spratt was arrested for attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon. Ashanti Burch was arrested for burglary and attempted petit larceny. Jhaire Curry was taken into custody for not appearing in court. Miguel Delgadillo-Hernandez was arrested on a murder warrant from California. Devin McKinstry was charged with grand larceny and identity theft. Tiffany Williams was apprehended for an outstanding warrant. Jonathan Johnson was arrested on weapons charges. Joseph Simonds was taken into custody for grand larceny at Macy’s. Police were called to the Travelodge on Wolf Road in Colonie on October 20th after a man used counterfeit money to make purchases at the lobby store. They located the suspect, Marshall Tucker, in one of the hotel rooms and discovered that he had more counterfeit money as well as heroin in his possession. Tucker also gave a fake name to the police in an attempt to hide the fact that he had a felony warrant. He was charged with possession of a forged instrument, petit larceny, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal impersonation. Tucker was then sent to the Albany County jail.
Another incident occurred on October 18th when a man named Eric Dunbar was in court facing four felony charges from an incident at the Colonie Library. However, he was arrested again on that day for five counts of conspiracy and four counts of criminal possession of stolen property. Dunbar was also sent to the Albany County jail.
On October 26th, a female named Elizabeth Dolder was arrested in the Town of Colonie for possessing fraudulent personal checks and a fraudulent out of state license. Dolder was part of a larger investigation involving individuals stealing checks from residential mailboxes across the Capital Region. She was charged with several counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument, criminal possession of stolen property, unlawful possession of personal identification, criminal impersonation, and petit larceny. Dolder was arraigned in New Scotland Town Court and released on her own recognizance.
Mary Weaver, a 40-year-old woman from Schenectady, turned herself in to the Colonie police on October 19th. She was charged with grand larceny and falsifying business records for an incident that occurred on July 26th at a Latham Farms business. Weaver was given an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Colonie Town Court on November 8th.
Rebecca Dodge, a 48-year-old woman from Troy, was taken into custody by Troy police for an outstanding warrant in the Town of Colonie. Dodge had failed to show up for court regarding an incident at Vent Fitness in October. She was arraigned and released.
A registered sex offender named Thomas Moran, 52, was charged with not reporting his change of address on October 19th. Moran turned himself in and was arraigned in Colonie Town Court.
On October 19th, Colonie police arrested a suspect named Ian Himes for a larceny at LL Bean at Colonie Center. Although he was not charged for the larceny, Himes had an active warrant from the Village of Scotia police department. He was transported to meet officers from Scotia.
Nickson Jackson, a 33-year-old man from Albany, was found to have an outstanding warrant from the City of Albany when Colonie police responded to a person annoying call at the Super 8 Motel on Wolf Road on October 21st. Jackson was taken into custody and transported to meet Albany police.
A resident of the Econo Lodge on Central Avenue named Anthone Deschaine, 30, was arrested on October 22nd for a possible domestic assault. Deschaine was charged with strangulation obstructing breathing, aggravated family offense, and assault with intent to cause physical injury.
Richard Spratt, a 42-year-old man from Loudonville, was arrested on October 21st for attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon. Spratt allegedly stabbed a victim in the neck and hands during a domestic incident. He was also taken to Albany Medical Center Hospital for self-inflicted stab wounds before being arrested the next day.
Ashanti Burch, a 43-year-old man from Albany, was arrested on October 22nd for burglary and attempted petit larceny at Macy’s in Colonie Center. Burch had previously been arrested several times in the last two months at local stores and had outstanding warrants from Albany and Schenectady.
Jhaire Curry, a 26-year-old man from Schenectady, was arrested on October 23rd for not showing up for court. Curry had failed to appear for an October 2022 court date.
Miguel Delgadillo-Hernandez, a 69-year-old man from Monroe, was arrested on October 23rd and found to have a decades-old arrest warrant for murder from Los Angeles. He was held for extradition to California.
Devin McKinstry, a 22-year-old man from Schenectady, was arrested on October 23rd for an incident that occurred in July at a 7-Eleven. McKinstry was charged with grand larceny-credit card, identity theft, conspiracy, and petit larceny.
Tiffany Williams, a 33-year-old woman from Troy, was transported from the Rensselaer County jail on October 23rd for an outstanding warrant in Colonie. Williams had failed to show up for court in September.
Jonathan Johnson, a 29-year-old man from Porter Corners, was arrested on October 24th on weapons charges from the Town of Colonie. Johnson was charged with criminal possession of a weapon based on a sealed indictment from Albany County Court.
Joseph Simonds, a 49-year-old homeless man, was arrested on October 24th for grand larceny at Macy’s in Colonie Center. Simonds had allegedly concealed items valued at $1,050 and passed all points of sale.
