When the officers arrived, they found the Multnomah County Medical Examiner already present, and they assisted in examining the body of the victim, identified as 59-year-old Teresa Graham. Initially, there were no indications of foul play. However, the following day, the Medical Examiner’s office informed the police that the autopsy revealed “suspicious circumstances,” prompting the investigation to continue.
