An Onalaska man, Todd J. Erickson, is facing charges of Invasion of Privacy in La Crosse County, Wisconsin, after allegedly recording videos in a bathroom stall at JC Penney’s in Valley View Mall. Erickson was found with inappropriate images taken in a Blain’s Farm and Fleet bathroom. A minor was identified in some of the photos. Erickson’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 15. Onalaska Man Charged with Invasion of Privacy in La Crosse County
An Onalaska man, Todd J. Erickson, is facing charges of Invasion of Privacy in La Crosse County. The incident came to light when the La Crosse County Sheriff’s Department received a report on October 25th regarding a man who was caught recording over a bathroom stall at JC Penney’s, located in the Valley View Mall in La Crosse.
Upon investigation, law enforcement took Erickson into custody and discovered that he was carrying two cell phones. These phones contained several photos, including two that were taken on August 15th at Blain’s Farm and Fleet in Onalaska. The photos in question depicted inappropriate images captured inside the bathroom stalls at the store.
Further examination revealed that an employee, identified as a minor, was present in some of the images. The store manager at Farm and Fleet confirmed the employee’s identity.
Erickson is now scheduled for a preliminary hearing in La Crosse County court on November 15th.
