Gwinnett County authorities are currently on the lookout for Rodericus Jackson, a 33-year-old man from Buford, who is suspected of committing murder. This incident took place in mid-October, and the police have been actively searching for Jackson ever since.
The incident occurred in the early hours of October 16th, when the police received reports of a shooting at a residence on Allen Street in Buford. Upon arriving at the scene, the officers discovered a man who had been shot while sitting inside a parked vehicle. The victim, identified as Quentin Cantrell, a 35-year-old resident of Buford, was immediately rushed to the hospital. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries and passed away later on.
Following their investigation, the police have obtained warrants for Jackson’s arrest. He is being charged with felony murder and aggravated assault, although authorities have not disclosed the specific details regarding how they connected him to the crime.
The Gwinnett County Police Department is urging anyone with information about Jackson’s whereabouts to contact their detectives at 770-513-5300. The search for Jackson is still ongoing, and the authorities are hopeful that with the public’s assistance, they will be able to apprehend him soon.
