Jackson is believed to be responsible for the killing of a man in mid-October. The incident occurred on Allen Street in Buford, where police received reports of a shooting at a residence just before 3 a.m. Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered a man who had been shot while inside a parked vehicle. The victim, later identified as 35-year-old Quentin Cantrell from Buford, was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
