Upon receiving the report of a person being shot, the Randall County deputies quickly arrived at the scene. They discovered a 20-year-old male victim with a gunshot wound to his torso. Immediate action was taken by the deputies, as they worked alongside BSA paramedics and Canyon Fire Department personnel to administer first aid and life-saving measures. Despite their efforts, the injured man’s condition did not improve, and he was transported by ambulance to Northwest Texas Hospital.
