An Arlington man, Alexei Rodriguez, has been arrested and charged with public masturbation and peeping incidents. According to the Arlington County Police Department, Rodriguez was identified as a suspect in a separate public masturbation incident that occurred at the pickleball courts at the Walter Reed Community Center in May. He is currently being held without bond in the Arlington County Detention Facility.
The incident that led to Rodriguez’s arrest occurred on Friday, November 3, when the occupants of a business observed him peeping through a window and masturbating before leaving the scene on foot. The police were called, and after identifying Rodriguez as the suspect, they obtained warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody on Monday, November 6.
In addition to the recent incident, Rodriguez has also been linked to an exposure incident that occurred at the pickleball courts in May. A patrol officer was contacted by a community member who reported seeing a male suspect masturbating at the Walter Reed Community Center. As a result of their investigation, the police identified Rodriguez as the suspect and obtained an additional arrest warrant.
