Upon arrival, they discovered Isiah Carr, 28, slumped over the steering wheel of a running vehicle parked in a nearby driveway.
As the police approached the vehicle and knocked on the window, Carr regained consciousness and quickly fled the scene. However, in his haste to escape, Carr crashed into a mobile home nearby. Undeterred, he continued to evade the police, leading them on a pursuit through Wayne Township. The chase eventually came to a dramatic end when Carr crashed into a home in Ellwood City.
